Because each piece is individually carved and painted, please allow 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the time of year, when ordering a carving.

We currently accept PayPal (all major credit cards), Money orders, and Personal Checks. If you want to pay with a check or Money order, you must contact us via email so we can set up the payment arrangements. As soon as I receive your payment, David will begin your carving.

Shipping on ALL of our carvings is currently FREE when shipped anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes. All items are insured and shipped via UPS Ground. If you live outside the continental United States, please contact us via email for a shipping quote.

We want each customer to be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) for a full refund, minus the shipping and handling fees. They must be shipped back to me within 10 business days.

Each carving is packed extremely carefully. However, if you receive something broken due to shipping, please notify David immediately. We will start the claims process. UPS requires you to save the box, wrappings, shipping materials, and broken item(s) to be able to prove damages. If the carving is to be returned due to shipping damage, a replacement or refund will be given (including shipping costs).
